What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: We are not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. My path to becoming a therapist began with my early experiences supporting individuals and families through challenging circumstances. In high school, I had the opportunity to provide services through a domestic violence shelter, which sparked my passion for helping others feel supported, heard, and empowered. Throughout college, graduate school, and my professional career, I continued to expand my clinical experience through work in outpatient mental health, child welfare, domestic violence programs, and inpatient mental health settings. These experiences have deepened my commitment to providing compassionate, individualized care. Along with my clinical experience, I bring a broad understanding of the challenges patients face and a genuine passion for helping others create positive change in each session.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is compassionate, practical, collaborative, and strengths-based, drawing on evidence-based methods such as CBT, ACT, and EFT to help you better understand yourself and develop effective coping skills. No matter the method, I tailor care to your unique needs, experiences, and goals to create a space where you feel understood, empowered, and encouraged to grow. Above all, I'm passionate about helping you build self-confidence, set healthy boundaries, and recognize your strengths so you leave feeling ready to manage challenges, improve relationships, and create lasting change in your life.
