Getting to know Erinn Williams
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and a Certified Sex Therapist (CST) through AASECT with over 15 years of experience in mental health. I help adults navigate the complex intersections of intimacy, desire, and emotional healing. My work is grounded in deep compassion and clinical expertise. I specialize in supporting individuals who feel disconnected in their sex lives—whether that’s due to sexless relationships, desire discrepancies, or sexual dysfunction. I also work with people carrying the weight of past trauma, helping them reclaim a sense of safety, agency, and connection in their relationships and in themselves.
My approach is integrative and tailored. Drawing from Sex Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based techniques, I help clients untangle patterns, heal old wounds, and move toward more fulfilling, authentic experiences.
Therapy with me is a space of warmth, collaboration, and possibility. Whether you’re looking to deepen connection, rediscover desire, or process trauma, I’ll walk alongside you with curiosity, respect, and hope.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I integrate several different approaches to support the work we will do including Sex Therapy, EMDR, IFS, and mindfulness. I also practice from a psychodynamic lens, which means we'll take a look a how the past has influenced your present to give you a greater understanding of yourself.

Erinn is a kind and compassionate person. Her therapy style is one that encouraged me to be curious about my feelings and to make decisions for a happier life. Throughout the ups and downs, Erinn has remained a constant source of support, warmth, and acceptance. I’ve been seeing Erinn for two years and she’s honestly amazing.She knows exactly when to be gentle and when to challenge me. I can be pretty resistant sometimes, but she’s so patient and never makes me feel judged.
What I love most is how real and authentic she is. It makes me feel safe to actually open up. She’s incredibly insightful and helps me see patterns I never noticed before. Every session feels productive.
I’ve had other therapists before and none come close. She’s helped me grow in ways I didn’t think were possible.I can’t recommend her enough. She’s the best, seriously!
