I provide a customized approach for my clients. I always begin our journey together with understanding where you are currently and work on the challenges that are keeping you from where you like to be. Together we create a plan to help you move forward, and we celebrate your successes every step of the way.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
A typical session will start with a quick check in about how the client's been since the last session and allow the client a chance to talk about any current issues. We'll discuss any previous homework if applicable, and then work on the agenda for the day.
