Getting to know Eryn Patchett

I am an independently licensed marriage and family therapist in ten states. I have been licensed since 2005 and have served as a supervisor for other therapists since 2011. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of New Mexico and my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Fullerton. I began my career in mental health in 2002 after completing my Bachelor's and worked as a case manager and behavioral health technician prior to and while obtaining my master's degree. I have worked in a variety of diverse settings, including outpatient clinics, treatment foster care, residential treatment, supervised residential treatment centers, group homes, and day treatment programs. I have experience working with individuals of all ages, families, adolescents, and most recently, seniors. My specialties include treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, domestic violence, trauma, and at-risk populations. Throughout my career, I have held roles as a therapist, Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Director, COO Executive Director, and Regional Clinical Director. While all these roles have been rewarding, none compare to the fulfillment I find in working one-on-one with individuals seeking therapy. Currently, I focus on clients dealing with adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, parenting support, relational issues, and trauma. I work diligently as your partner to tailor therapy to meet your unique needs. Therapy is designed to meet you where you are. You will be actively involved in developing your therapy goals, and I will customize my approach to support you. My aim is to help you achieve your personal, family, and professional goals by identifying and building upon your strengths. Together, we will work toward helping you become the best version of yourself. I look forward to supporting you on your journey!
