I have experience in depression, anxiety , OCD, relationship issues and trauma. My hope in meeting with you is to build confidence in your ability to manage through life, to be able to have the coping skills to thrive. We can process what is needed to achieve happiness and stability that you may be seeking on your journey. I aim to help you navigate any struggles or stressors that may be limiting for you. I’m passionate about listening, and providing skills for those struggling in relationships, trauma, those with anxiety and depression.
