I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples who are navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, mood disorders, self-harm, relationship challenges, interpersonal and personal struggles, and addictive behaviors, including sex and pornography addiction. I strive to provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and comfortable being themselves. I recognize that every client is different, I tailor therapy to each person’s individual needs, strengths, and goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My typical process begins with getting to know you, understanding what brought you to therapy, and exploring the patterns that may be affecting your current life. This may include looking at childhood experiences, relationships, emotions, behaviors, and coping patterns. I use an integrative approach that may include psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, trauma-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and client-centered therapy. With children, I may also incorporate play therapy and art-based interventions. Together, we work toward building insight, developing healthier coping skills, improving relationships, and creating meaningful and lasting change.
