Hey! I’m Esme, I’m a licensed professional counselor, and my goal is to empower you to overcome vulnerabilities! Perhaps you have felt misunderstood or even neglected by a previous mental health provider. Or if this is your first time seeking counseling, I want to assure you that my aim is to support you and understand you. Through psychotherapy and psychoeducation, let’s get you moving toward feeling peace and acquiring wholeness! Sometimes we don’t always have control over circumstances; however, one sure thing you can always obtain control of is your thoughts, emotions, and actions. Let's examine your thoughts and behaviors and start treading toward you feeling rejuvenated!
I'm open-minded with a nonjudgmental approach. I think it's important that you feel accepted and not have to worry about being judged. Your privacy is a priority to me. I'm currently seeing clients through video sessions, and all means of communication that I use are HIPAA secure. Give me a call, and let's schedule a free phone consultation. In our initial session, my aim is to get an idea of your struggles. I will ask you questions to get to know you better and I also welcome any questions you may have for me.
