Hi there, I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor who helps people who are outwardly strong but inwardly overwhelmed. If you're tired of keeping it all together while feeling anxious, stuck, or disconnected from yourself or your faith, you're not alone—and you don’t have to do this by yourself. I provide a safe, warm space for you to let go, reset, and rebuild from the inside out. Whether you're navigating a life transition, struggling with anxiety, or healing from emotional wounds, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. My approach blends evidence-based strategies with deep empathy and spiritual insight. I integrate faith (if desired), cultural sensitivity, and proven therapeutic methods like CBT, narrative therapy, and mindfulness. Therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all—I meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be. I believe healing isn’t linear, and growth happens in moments of safety, honesty, and connection. You don’t have to have all the answers. You don’t have to be perfect. We’ll work together to untangle what’s heavy, interrupt unhealthy cycles, and create space for clarity, peace, and forward movement. Whether grounding tools, reflection, or practical action steps, your sessions will be tailored to your unique needs and goals

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with adults who feel mentally, emotionally, or spiritually depleted. Many of my clients are high-functioning yet struggling internally—professionals, parents, students, or caregivers who are exhausted from being “the strong one.” They come to therapy because they’re ready for more: more peace, more purpose, more joy. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, burnout, relationship issues, and faith-based struggles. I also support individuals healing from trauma or navigating a major season of change—whether that’s grief, a breakup, a career shift, or a spiritual awakening. If you're someone who "looks fine" but feels off inside—therapy can be your space to be real, rebuild, and reconnect with who you truly are. My communication style is warm, down-to-earth, and honest. I hold space for deep emotions without judgment, but I’ll also gently challenge you when needed to support your growth. Clients often tell me they feel safe, seen, and surprisingly comfortable opening up during our sessions. I’m a good mix of nurturing and direct, supportive when you need compassion, clear when you need structure. Whether we laugh, cry, reflect, or problem-solve, I strive to create an atmosphere of trust and calm so you can relax, explore, and grow in your own timing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I became a therapist because I believe deeply in healing, faith, and the power of being truly understood. Growing up, I often found myself supporting others emotionally—and saw firsthand how much people carried silently. I felt called to become someone who could sit with that pain and help others find their way back to hope. My own experiences navigating anxiety, grief, and growth as a woman of faith and color helped shape my lens as a counselor. I know what it’s like to juggle cultural expectations, emotional battles, and a desire to feel whole. Therapy was life-changing for me—and I’m honored to now provide that same safe, transformative space for others. We start by identifying what really matters to you—not just surface-level goals, but what your heart is truly longing for. Then we break it down into manageable steps. I help you develop the insight, coping skills, and confidence you need to reach your goals—not just in therapy, but in your life. Whether you’re seeking emotional relief, relationship clarity, improved self-esteem, or spiritual renewal, I’ll help you track your progress and celebrate the shifts along the way. I offer reflective guidance, practical strategies, and accountability to keep you moving forward—even when life feels messy.
