Hello! I’m Esme, a Licensed Professional Counselor (MA), and my goal is to empower you to overcome vulnerabilities and transform your life into the best version of you. This approach helps in enhancing emotional self-regulation and improving relationships. I specialize in a range of areas including anger management, anxiety, stress, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, depression, life transitions, intimate/romantic relationships, OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder), PTSD (Posttraumatic Stress Disorder), suicidal ideation and/or self-harming, and trauma.
