As a Provisionally Licensed Therapist (LMSW), my focus is to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where children, adolescents, adults, and families feel heard, understood, and empowered. I specialize in treating ADHD, anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, childhood trauma, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation challenges, and family conflict. I am especially passionate about helping children and teens express emotions that may be difficult to put into words while supporting caregivers in understanding the needs behind behaviors. My approach is warm, collaborative, culturally responsive, and tailored to each client's unique strengths and goals. I integrate evidence-based therapies, including Child-Centered Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Focused, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, and family systems approaches.
