With over 25 years of experience in grief; loss; and trauma; I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients; including those in private practice; hospice patients and their families; and cancer survivors navigating survivorship challenges. I believe in a trauma-informed approach to healing and support. I’m a Certified Grief Educator; Certified Thanatologist through the Association of Death Education and Counseling; and EMDR-trained. My approach integrates somatic techniques; mindfulness; and the exploration of limiting beliefs; always with a focus on compassionate care.
