What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge your. I utilizes different therapeutic techniques based on individual needs from CBT, talk therapy, DBT, and more.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In the first 2 sessions is where I build positive rapport and trust with the client. It is our time to bond with each other. I explain my approach to therapy and how I can be a support to them in the process.
