Everyone deserves a space to be heard and believed unconditionally. In an increasingly uncertain and tumultuous world, making meaning of the chaos alone can be exceptionally challenging. No matter the conflicts of your inner or outer world, I am committed to creating a sincere and safe space to tend to your mental health needs. I rely on relational psychodynamics as a foundation for my therapeutic approach, which focuses on helping my clients deepen their understanding of their lives, emotions, values, and themselves. This modality honors the complexity of my clients’ lives and strays from pathologizing their experiences. I also integrate elements from ACT, CBT, DBT, and IFS. I am trauma-informed, flexible, collaborative, and honor my clients’ agency in their treatment process. My eclectic style empowers clients while also providing them with structure and clarity.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have experience working with clients of all ages, varied backgrounds, and a broad range of presenting concerns. I specialize in helping folks with depression, anxiety, grief, and feelings of shame. My approach is anti-colonial, anti-oppressive, and rooted in queer theory–I do not approach therapy as a means to expect my clients to cope with an unjust world, rather, I seek to give my clients a sense of internal liberation.
