As a licensed clinical social worker since 2010, with a Master's in Social Work from New York University, I have worked with clients facing a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, ASD, ADHD, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and trauma.

My awareness and appreciation of cross-cultural understanding grows continually, and I am proactive in this process. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you. What is your typical process for working with clients?

My counseling style is client-centered and goal-oriented. I utilize DBT (dialectical behavior therapy) as my primary theoretical orientation because I find it to be helpful with many different populations and because it uses elements of mindfulness practice. I like to foster collaboration between client and therapist to work together to problem-solve with an emphasis on treatment goals. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
