What should a new client know about working with you?

“As we can only love others as far as we love ourselves.” My goal is to equip you with the tools you need to thrive in having the most important relationship, which is with yourself and to support you through your own process of healing. I have experience working with individual adults that are struggling with relationship dyads such as codependency, self-love, and incorporating healthy boundaries in relationships. Including love addiction, and emotional distress. Including relational past trauma such as divorce and relationship disconnections with family members/partners. Along with adult women through the twelve steps of recovery in support groups and individually through codependency, food addiction, sex addiction, love addiction, abuse, and past childhood trauma.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We will work together to build the foundation needed for long term, and sustainable change. I am fully remote, but work with people all over California via a confidential platform. I am excited to work with you and help you through this process of change.
