Getting to know Eva Brown

Hi, I'm Eva. Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, tired, and just not as active in your life as you would like to be? Do you find it challenging to keep up with everyday activities? Do you seem to forget to take care of yourself because everybody else comes before you? I help people like you get back to feeling more positive, less tired, burnt out, isolated, and lonely. Together, we will come up with a plan to address the issues you want to change. We will use an approach that you feel most comfortable with and work toward a life that brings pleasure, harmony, and ease. Whether you are dealing with a situational challenge or a longer-term struggle, I’ll be there to support you through your journey. You have already taken a big step in the right direction just by reading through different clinicians’ statements. The next step is to choose a clinician, contact Growth Therapy, and set up an appointment. Sometimes these are the hardest steps to take. One of my most important goals is to provide you with a safe space where you feel validated and supported, offering you compassion, respect, and no judgment. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California, which informs my compassionate and client-centered approach to therapy.

What should a new client know about working with you?

You most likely will feel relieved after your first session, maybe even proud of yourself for having come this far. Many clients have expressed that they feel less alone/isolated and even "lighter".

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
