I work with individuals, couples, and parents. My style is open-ended, creative and inclusive. I utilize play, art, and other creative means to help my clients. I have a therapeutic as well as a psychoeducational approach to therapy. I use evidence-based techniques to help you achieve your goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Finding the right therapist is hard! I work collaboratively with my clients and place value on creating a judgment-free space for them to explore and find solutions that work. I am passionate about being able to respect my client’s autonomy while guiding them through their own process of well-being.
