Psychotherapist
1290 S Willis St, Suite 211, Abilene, TX
Hi, I'm Eva. Reaching out for therapy isn't always easy, and you don't have to have everything figured out before we meet. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, disconnected, or simply not like yourself anymore, we'll work together to understand what's happening and find a path forward. My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to you. I believe therapy isn't about telling you who you should be—it's about helping you better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and build the life you want. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable talking about the things you may not feel safe discussing anywhere else. As both a veteran and therapist, I'm especially passionate about helping combat veterans navigate PTSD, survivor's guilt, moral injury, hypervigilance, nightmares, and the difficult transition back to everyday life. I also work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, stress, gender identity, LGBTQIA+ concerns, family conflict, Borderline Personality Disorder, and the lasting effects of traumatic brain injury. You are the expert on your life. My role is to walk beside you, offer evidence-based tools, ask thoughtful questions, and help you move toward the future you want—not one someone else has chosen for you. If you're ready to begin, I'd be honored to be part of your journey. You don't have to face this alone. Never behind, always beside.
