Life's challenges often leave us feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or stuck. My goal is to support you in navigating these challenges with greater clarity and confidence. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all experience-each person's journey is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs. I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary's University and am a licensed marriage and family therapist as well as a certified Brainspotting therapist. I draw on a variety of techniques to help you heal and grow, with an emphasis on creating a culturally responsive and trauma-informed space. My hope is to provide you with a place where you feel heard, safe, and empowered to pursue your goals. Please recognize that I am not a psychiatrist, and I do not prescribe medication. We bill your insurance through a program called Headway. We accept Aetna, Cigna, United Health Care, Oxford Health Plans, and Oscar. Our out-of-network rate is $120 per session. I accept HSA and FSA cards, and I can provide a superbill for insurance reimbursement.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I primarily work with individuals and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. My clients tend to be motivated and open to deep, intentional exploration of their emotions, relationships, and experiences. I take a culturally affirming and trauma-informed approach, meaning I recognize the unique complexities of your identity and experiences. We’ll work together to increase your self-awareness, emotional well-being, and confidence as you pursue continued growth and healing. My work is deeply relational, meaning that trust and mutual respect are at the core of what I do. I’m here to support your journey in a way that feels genuine and tailored to you. Please recognize that I am not a psychiatrist, and I do not prescribe medication. We bill your insurance through a program called Headway. We accept Aetna, Cigna, United Health Care, Oxford Health Plans, and Oscar. Our out of network rate is $120/session. I accept HSA and FSA cards, and I can provide a superbill for insurance reimbursement.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In my sessions, I start by creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can be fully themselves. Each session begins with a check-in, allowing you to share what feels most important at that time. From there, we collaborate on the direction of the session, focusing on your goals and needs. My approach is integrative, meaning I pull from different therapeutic methods—such as Brainspotting and Gottman techniques—based on what best supports your healing journey. Together, we explore your experiences with compassion and intentionality, whether addressing trauma, anxiety, or life transitions. You have full say in what we work on, and my role is to help guide you in a way that promotes empowerment, healing, and self-awareness.
