Do you feel stuck and long to grow' I work with clients facing issues like anxiety, depression, life transitions, and grief and loss. As an LGBTQ-affirming clinician, I strive to reflect and validate both your internal life and external experiences. Together, we'll explore your present experience, encourage self-reflection, and build trust within yourself as we work through old feelings with empathy and curiosity.
I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Bank Street College. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and focused on reducing shame and self-judgment. I bring warmth, validation, and humor to create a supportive space for healing, helping clients build stronger relationships with themselves and others. In my free time, I enjoy relaxing with my black cat, listening to music, and taking walks.
