If you’re in your 20s or 30s, you might feel like everyone else has life figured out while you’re quietly wondering why it feels so hard. Maybe you’re navigating anxiety, depression, dating, heartbreak, relationship patterns, life transitions, career uncertainty, or simply trying to understand yourself. I specialize in supporting young adults through these challenges by providing a compassionate space to gain insight, build confidence, develop coping skills, make sense of the chaos, and most importantly create meaningful change.
