I am a licensed psychotherapist, qualified clinical supervisor, and master certified addiction professional with over20 years of experience helping hundreds of people effectively work through some of their most challenging issues and obstacles with dignity and clear direction. I have also been fortunate to have appeared on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, ABC, NBC, & CBS News, blogged for the Huffington Post, and lectured for the United Way. By carefully fusing together my 20 years of experience working in the mental health field, and my own issues related to anxiety, addiction, depression, and trauma, I have developed the ability to help people break out their own inner conflict and find greater emotional stability by taking a solution-focused approach to problem-solving. At the same time, I have also learned to identify, address, and ultimately resolve the true underlying issues negatively impacting the ability to function independently.
