My mission is to help you create a happier, more fulfilling life, one step at a time. I am a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern in the state of Florida. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Barry University and a Bachelor's degree from Florida Atlantic University. Additionally, I completed an internship in Clinical Counseling through The Advocate Program, which has enriched my practical experience and deepened my commitment to client-centered care.

We’ll talk about your life, experiences, relationships, and goals to get a clear picture of what’s going on. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable, and there’s no pressure to have all the answers right away. This information will guide our sessions and support you in working toward feeling more balanced and whole.

I specialize in helping Black women, Afro-Latinas, Working- class Professionals, Couples (Black/Caribbean and Interracial), Business Owners, and Veterans. Whether you're looking for effective tools to manage stress, guidance to navigate life transitions, or simply a warm, supportive space to explore your mental health journey, I’m here to empower and support you every step of the way. Ongoing session: $200 for 55 minutes
