Welcome! You are already taking a big step toward feeling better just by being here. Sometimes we live through things that are difficult to speak about, but we know we need to revisit them somehow in order to heal and grow. Maybe you've been in therapy before; perhaps this is new to you. If you are ready to commit to making yourself more of a priority, take a closer look at your stressors, and experiment with creative problem solving, I am prepared to meet you where you are to help make lasting changes in your life. I hold a Master's in Counseling from Caldwell University, which has equipped me with the skills to support you effectively. Complementary to talk therapy, making art in a therapy session gives us another layer of communication to help you process and understand complex emotions and experiences. Since self-care is such a crucial component of overall wellbeing, we can also work on establishing a healthier lifestyle by finding new ways to relax, feel energized, and manage stress. My approach is collaborative, with the understanding that you are the expert in your own life. I will provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to be present; to share as much as you feel comfortable with, and I will support you to take care of yourself and create the life you want.
