We'll practice tools that can help you feel grounded, confident, and more in control of your life. I am bilingual (English and Spanish) and hold a Master's in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I treat anxiety, depression, and trauma with some of the newest mind-body modalities such as EMDR, which retrains your brain, TF-CBT where you will learn to replace unhealthy thoughts with positives ones, TBRI Caregiver Training.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is first understanding your needs and expectations. I will make sure to communicate clearly and frequently, helping you to setting realistic goals and timelines, and keeping you up to date on your progress.
