What should a new client know about working with you?

As a high-achieving Black professional, you’ve climbed the ladder of success, but even at the top, you may feel like something is missing. Despite your accomplishments, you might experience burnout, struggle with ADHD, battle anxiety and depression, or even face the heavy weight of survivor’s guilt. These feelings can be amplified by the pressure to continuously succeed, even when you’re emotionally and mentally drained, you don’t have to face it alone. Are you feeling burned out or disconnected? Struggle with staying focused and overwhelmed by constant anxiety? Do you feel sadness despite your success and achievements? At Divine Purpose Counseling Center LLC I specialize in helping high-achieving Black professionals who are navigating unique challenges. As both a counselor and someone who personally experienced the demands of corporate America. Together, we will explore the impact of your professional journey on your mental and emotional well-being and work to reconnect. We will focus on treating the whole person, integrating mental health care such as CBT or EMDR with lifestyle strategies that nurture your mind, body, and spirit and ultimately help reclaim your joy. What is your typical process for working with clients?

initial is free 15-minute consultation getting to know each other and figuring out if we are a good fit and specializing the next steps.

In-network insurances

Out-of-pocket fees and assistance

Initial session: $250 for 75 minutes

Ongoing session: $225 for 50 minutes

Files your insurance claim: You pay the session fee upfront and the provider files the claim for you, so you can get reimbursed directly without worrying about the paperwork

Out-of Network insurance can provide a superbill for you to submit to insurance. Credit card, Debit card, HSA, FSA and checks accepted before or at the time of your appointment. I am unable to accept Medicaid or Medicare at this time (e.g. BCBS community plan etc)
