Hi I'm Fabyonne,
Our stressors, which can include hectic lives, and often overwhelming schedules, can keep us from living our very best life. Do you wish you could just check out of the matrix and reset if only for a moment? Well, I am here to help you do just that.
I am both an LPC and MFT and for this reason, I utilize an eclectic mix of therapeutic modalities and resources to help you regain a sense of control when life feels chaotic. Granting you the space to verbally process all the answers (which by the way have been placed inside you) necessary to heal and deal with all life throws your way.
As a clinician trained in EFT and EMDR accompanied by being a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional I lean into trauma informed care, attachment and family systems.
My history includes a 25-year teaching career and a slow transition to a full-time therapist in the last 8 years. The classroom experience is where I learned the foundational structure and hands-on impact of counseling (as teachers are literally everything to everybody).
My education includes a Bachelors in Elementary Education, a Masters in Professional Leadership, a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a Doctorate in Community Care and Counseling with a concentration in Traumatology.

Hi, I'm Fabyonne.
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor which causes me to lean into an eclectic mix of theoretical foundation. My extensive trauma focus which includes EMDR training and certification as a Clinical Trauma Professional makes therapeutic resourcing for resilience a must.
I also believe we are all FOO Fighters; meaning, we will wade through family-of-origin issues to process inner child pain and press forward toward healing.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Coming into therapy can be a challenge, but I immediately felt in a safe place. I was reassured multiple times we are going at my pace and I can take a time out at any time. It felt like a breath of fresh air talking to her. Highly recommend her if you are someone who is wanting to laugh and cry with a warm, comforting and educated listener.
