I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida, holding a Master's in Social Work from Florida State University. I am passionate about this helping profession because my life was positively impacted by a social worker, and I consider it an honor to pay it forward. My ideal client is ready to see an improvement in their mood, self-confidence, self-acceptance, self-care, interpersonal relationships, family system, social skills, and ability to adjust to life changes. They are prepared to break free from the bond of an eating disorder, anxiety, depression, or any other mental, emotional, and/or spiritual stronghold they may be facing. They seek ways to increase healthy, effective coping strategies and are ready to enhance their self-awareness while learning to manage and regulate their emotions effectively. My ideal client is willing to be honest, vulnerable, and work hard in therapy.

What should a new client know about working with you?

You can expect to have therapy homework after most sessions. You can also expect the routine use of screening tools to measure your progress in therapy to include, but not limited to, the GAD-7, PHQ-9 C-SSRS and PC-PTSD-5.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
