I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University, which has equipped me with the skills to support you on your journey toward healing and self-acceptance.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in trauma and stress-related difficulties. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, PTSD, attachment/relationship difficulties, emotional dysregulation, and borderline personality disorder. My clients describe me as genuine, empathic, direct, and non-judgmental.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In addition to a Master's in clinical mental health counseling, I have also obtained my Certification as a Clinical Trauma Professional. I use a trauma-informed, integrative, and collaborative approach to healing. I use a combination of CBT, DBT, ACT, and psychodynamic depending on each individual's needs.
