I received my bachelor in Denmark, then later moved to the states and acquired my Masters in Counseling focusing on addiction/recovery in my internships. I am SYMBIS assessment certified which allows me to assess the strengths and challenges couples face in their romantic relationships. As a mother, wife and therapist, I understand the balancing act women face daily -juggling career, family, self-care, and relationships. I specialize in supporting women who feel overwhelmed, unseen, or stuck as they navigate the demands of motherhood, marriage, and identity.
