Hello, my name is Fashen, I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Florida and Virginia. I have nine years of experience in the mental health field with a history of working with survivors of intimate partner violence, individuals with serious mental illness (SMI), providing crisis intervention, and practicing within inpatient behavioral health settings. My focus is supporting adults who are experiencing depression, struggling with self-esteem issues, difficulty maintaining healthy personal boundaries and/or navigating the lasting effects of childhood emotional wounds and the challenges that can arise from growing up in dysfunctional environments. Additionally, I provide support to women who need assistance processing grief related to a terminated pregnancy. Overall, I am committed to supporting my clients with their mental health needs while offering a safe space where they may show up as their authentic selves.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
