Hi there, I'm Fedra! My goal is to offer a comfortable environment where you can achieve confidence in your ability to improve your mood. Together, we will practice tools to help you find relief from anxiety and depression. My approach I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. This approach is hands-on and gives you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. Based on your unique needs, I may adapt my approach to include practices like mindfulness and supportive resources. Your goals and progress are my primary focus. Together, we’ll identify challenges and work on strategies to help you move forward with confidence. My focus Have you been struggling with anxious thoughts and/or depression? I work with adults who are managing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship issues. I’ll work with you to create a growth plan that feels empowering and achievable. My communication style I prioritize clear, open communication to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment. As an empathetic partner, it is important to me that you feel comfortable sharing your feelings and feel heard. We will collaborate to make your journey a successful one. My journey to mental healthcare My therapy journey began with a curiosity about human resilience and a desire to help others find strength through life’s hardest challenges. During my graduate training, I had the opportunity to work with individuals from all walks of life and recognized the powerful role therapy can play in helping others recognize their power. Seeing my clients gain confidence and peace makes my work incredibly rewarding. My goals for you I believe that therapy is a partnership. Together, we’ll identify and set goals that matter to you, whether they focus on improving relationships, building self-esteem, or another personal objective.
