What is your typical process for working with clients?

I thrive working with clients who are looking to examine relational patterns, self-talk loops, and coping mechanisms in the many ways that they show up in our day-to-day lives. My goal as a therapist is to engage with clients in a comfortable and conversational approach, while also providing education and skills that can be practiced outside of the therapy space. A client can expect to review progress towards goals every 3-6 months, as collaboration and mutual understanding is a core value in my work.
