Deciding to seek out help is often not an easy decision. Psychotherapy and the right therapist can turn your life around. So although it may be difficult to begin therapy, it is well worth the effort. Over the 25 years I have been in practice, many people have called and asked the question, "Are you a therapist that talks?" My style is interactive. I work to provide a supportive and collaborative environment in which you feel safe to explore and express your thoughts and feelings. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Hunter College, City University of New York, which has equipped me with a strong foundation to support clients effectively. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
