Are you feeling stuck in patterns of overthinking, anxiety or self-doubt? My name is Felicia and as a licensed professional counselor, my goal is to provide a judgement-free space for you to unload. My main focus is trauma work, helping teens and adults manage the repercussions of various traumatic experiences. As an EMDR trained professional, I help individuals process traumatic events while also incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and practical coping strategies tailored to your needs. \n I began my career as a teacher after earning my degree in Secondary English Education. Later, I pursued my interest in counseling and got my Master of Education in School Counseling. I've been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2019, and trained in EMDR therapy in 2023. I specialize in trauma work and couples therapy. \n I enjoy traveling and reading, especially in warm summer weather. I spend much of my free time supporting my daughter's school activities as a Booster officer.
