I hold a Master of Arts degree and am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including school-age children, individuals from various cultural backgrounds, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and both adults and children in the foster care system. My areas of specialization include sex and intimacy issues, addiction, antisocial behavior, anxiety, children's mental and behavioral health, depression, gender identity, phobias, PTSD, intimate and romantic relationships, stress, suicidal ideation and self-harming behaviors, trauma, adolescent and teen mental and behavioral health, ADHD, anger management, family relationships, grief and bereavement, life transitions, multicultural and diversity issues, OCD, and spirituality. I also offer telehealth services through SonderMind Video Telehealth, providing flexible and accessible care for my clients.
