Specializing in a wide range of mental health issues, including, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, codependency behavior, relationship/marital issues, etc. With over 14 years of clinical experience, Fetima's goal is to hold space for each person, so they may feel heard and seen without judgment. Fetima is not committed to one specific modality and believes that most of us need more than one method on our journey to wellness. Fetima leans toward a person-centered approach to build trust, honesty, and open communication with patients. She believes in affirming, validating, and providing supportive feedback to patients. She also enjoys implementing Psychoanalytic Interventions to reveal the unconscious mind, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to reframe limiting beliefs, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness Practices. In her spare time, Fetima enjoys going to the gym, hiking in the cooler months, traveling, finding new places to eat while yelping about her experiences, and spending time with her family. Fetima has worked hard over the years to foster a healthier work-life balance and looks forward to helping others achieve this goal, too.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

After you request your appointment, you will be sent an invite link for Brightside Health. You will need to enter your insurance and payment information to confirm your appointment.During your initial consultation we will craft a treatment plan personalized to your needs, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed. You will also be able message me directly at anytime via the messaging section of your Brightside Health portal - a tool where will also track your progress, access resources, and see your treatment plan details.
