ATTENDANCE & CANCELLATION POLICY: Per SonderMind guidelines, all cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. SonderMind sends appointment reminders to support attendance, and I will remain in our video session for exactly 15 minutes past our scheduled start time; if you do not attend within this window, the session closes, is logged as a no-show, and the standard platform charge up to the full cost of the session applies.
