My practice centers on two distinct specialties. For individual therapy, I work with adults and teens who are ready to stop overthinking, unhook from family or social pressures, and trust their own judgment. For couples therapy, I work with committed partners who love each other, but feel worn down by busy schedules, parenting, or life stress and want to get back on the same team. I offer sessions in English, Español, and Spanglish, both in person in The Woodlands, TX and online across Texas.

From there, we unpack the root friction points driving these patterns and build practical strategies you can apply immediately in your daily life. The goal is to interrupt reactive habits so that clarity, confidence, and alignment become your natural defaults.
