Hi, I’m Flor. I work with individuals, couples, and teens who feel stuck. Whether you look "fine" on the outside but feel completely exhausted on the inside, or you’ve started feeling more like roommates than a couple, I’m here as your teammate. I help you break the cycles that leave you drained so you can finally figure out what’s next. I don’t start by looking at what’s "wrong" with you. I start with the ways you’ve managed to get this far, even if it doesn’t feel like much right now. We work side-by-side to build a plan that actually makes sense for your life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Our sessions feel like a normal, focused conversation. You don’t have to "perform" or filter your story here. English, Spanish, or Spanglish, speak whichever is most natural to you. I know how much energy it takes to finally reach out, so I don't believe in wasting your time. I keep our time focused on what is actually happening in your day-to-day life so you can leave with a handle on things and a practical plan you actually trust.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We start by looking at the heavy stuff together and getting clear on what is causing the most stress right now. You’ll walk away from our first few visits with a real understanding of why things feel this way and a plan for how we’ll deal with it together. From there, we work side-by-side to break the habits that leave you going in circles. I don't give one-size-fits-all advice. Instead, we use what’s already working for you to handle the tension differently. The goal is for you to trust yourself enough to make your own decisions without overthinking every move.
