Getting to know Floribeth Arrautt
Hello! Thanks for being brave and willing to discuss your goals with me. My name is Floribeth, and it will be my pleasure to become your psychotherapist and support you as you navigate challenges.
Do you feel that stress and anxiety are taking a toll on you? Do you struggle to cope with a medical diagnosis or maintain healthy eating behaviors? Is it hard to prioritize yourself and your wants and needs? I help my clients through these transition periods by building coping skills that promote feeling better and developing a more positive outlook on life.
I hold a Master's in Social Work from Florida International University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and tools to provide effective care. My communication style is calm, empathetic, and focused on active listening. I want my clients to feel comfortable sharing their issues with me. I pride myself on maintaining confidentiality, providing a safe space, and listening non-judgmentally. I love seeing individuals become more resilient and set an example for others.
In our sessions, I will offer evidence-based techniques to help you overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. Let's work together on your journey to success!
What should a new client know about working with you?
What you can expect from our first session together is for us to spend most of our time talking about how you have been feeling, and me asking open-ended questions to better understand some of why you may be feeling that way.
The first session is about us building rapport and for you to feel safe and comfortable talking. It will be my pleasure to become your psychotherapist and to see you soar through challenges.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
