I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2007 and went on to earn my Master's in Counseling from Sam Houston University in 2010. Since 2016, I've been dedicated to helping individuals, couples, children, and adolescents in my private practice. My approach to therapy is eclectic, meaning I draw from various therapeutic models to tailor our sessions to your unique needs. I have a particular passion for working with those who have experienced trauma, and I specialize in adolescent and teen mental and behavioral health, antisocial behavior, children's mental and behavioral health, PTSD, and trauma. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth sessions, making it easier for us to connect no matter where you are. I believe that finding the right therapist is crucial for making meaningful progress in therapy. It's important to feel comfortable and understood, and I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly.
