I work with individuals, couples, and families on various matters including substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management, communication, and relationship difficulties. I will assist you in discovering your unique strengths and guide you toward developing the necessary skills and tools to help you focus on growth and healing. My optimal goal as your therapist is to provide a safe and nurturing environment where you can feel optimistic and empowered. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University, which informs my compassionate and evidence-based approach to therapy.
