Getting to know Francesca Giordano

Welcome! I'm Francesca, and I'm so glad you're here. Are you feeling stuck, confused, anxious, or sad? Have you exhausted your resources and find that the usual ways of managing are no longer helping? You are in the right place! I'd like to partner with you by sharing my life experience, clinical training, and best practices to support you in working toward the life that you dream of. With your guidance, I will support your goals with enduring and effective mental health principles. If you have a growth mindset (you are struggling but know there is more to learn), we will be a wonderful fit. Everyone, at some point, needs a helping hand, and I'm looking forward to taking this journey with you! Growth mindset is the belief that a person's abilities and intelligence can be developed through dedication, effort, and learning from experiences. This mindset encourages individuals to view challenges and failures as opportunities for growth rather than as indicators of their limitations. My mission is to meet your thoughts, feelings, and actions with trust and understanding. We'll help you build the most important relationship, the one with yourself, while offering you deeper insight into your situation as well as practical tools you can use immediately. Whether you're experiencing relationship struggles, family of origin problems, anxiety, depression, addiction, divorce, parenting/family matters, grief over loss, underachievement, neurodivergence, a low sense of self, or something in between, you can give yourself the opportunity to experience the satisfaction of tackling your struggles head-on. Like many of us, I have had to create new meaning out of the relationships and challenges I have experienced. To find hope and perseverance where there seemed to be none. Through my trials and mistakes along the way, I have come to understand that those challenges were/are for my greater good. I have been blessed to be a mother and a wife for 25 years!
