Welcome! I am a licensed mental health counselor with nearly ten years of experience supporting clients through a range of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, trauma and stress related disorders, attachment insecurities, and interpersonal problem solving.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to therapy is wholistic and trauma-informed, drawing from evidence-based approaches to effectively establish goals, recognize barriers getting in the way, resolve conflicts, and enact change. Ideally, you will feel supported and encouraged throughout the rewarding, and sometimes challenging, process of therapy. Whether this is your first time or you’re returning to sessions, I'd be so grateful to join you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Building a therapeutic alliance is my main priority! I look to establish a healthy rapport where you feel safe and comfortable to discuss whatever topics you would like to cover in session.
