“I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with experience supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship stress. My approach is person-centered and strength-based, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies to help clients develop insight, build coping skills, and feel more grounded in their daily lives. My background in hospital-based social work has given me experience working with diverse populations on both medical and behavioral health units. Through this work, I have also become highly familiar with community resources, support services, and systems of care—knowledge I use to help clients access the support they need both inside and outside of therapy. My experience as a school social worker gave me meaningful experience working with teens and young adults, helping them navigate emotional, academic, and family-related challenges. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, empowering, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. My goal is to create a warm and nonjudgmental space where you can speak freely, explore what’s weighing on you, and learn tools that support long-term growth and healing.”
