Getting to know Francine Jackson

Wouldn't it be great if there was a magic potion that created the perfect, happy life for us? The bad news is, magic potions are for fairy tales; the good news is that happiness is subjective and there is no such thing as perfect, so no one is! Therapy is not only the foundation of creating the best version of yourself, but it is also the gateway to genuine happiness. I currently provide therapeutic services for children, teens, and adults via teletherapy and/or in an outpatient setting. I have 10 years of experience working with children who have been or are currently in the foster care system. My experience is also rooted in anxiety, depression, eating disorders, anger, and stress management, as well as teen issues such as peer pressure and self-esteem. I utilize a variety of modalities to accomplish treatment goals, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Life, and Wellness Coaching.
