I work with individuals of all ages, as well as couples and families, and those who are skeptical about whether counseling can help are definitely welcome. I know therapy truly makes a difference if people are willing to try! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree, I specialize in helping clients navigate through anxiety, grief and bereavement, intimate and romantic relationships, stress, and depression. My approach is collaborative and empathetic, aiming to create a safe space where you can feel heard and understood. I can help when you feel your life is not going as well as you'd like it to. We can sort through challenging situations, decisions, and relationships. If you feel 'off kilter' with sadness, stress, frustration, or anger, we can work together to get you back on track. I understand that people have busy lives and I try to be flexible with appointment times, including accommodating school schedules. With two offices, one in Loveland and one in Fort Collins, we can usually find a time that works. I am occasionally available to see clients on evenings and weekends. If you're ready to take the first step towards a better tomorrow, I'm here to support you. Let's work together to create positive changes in your life.
