I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida with over 23 years of experience. I earned my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Albizu University. I have worked with populations ranging from children to the elderly, addressing a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, stress management, ADHD, anger management, family and relationship issues, and behavioral challenges.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My clients can expect to have a therapist that cares, is present, and will work together to find the answers they are seeking in order to promote growth and an ability to manage the challenges they may be experiencing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe in a collaborative relationship in which the therapist and client work together to discover the factors that may be contributing to the issues that are being experienced. I use different approaches based on the client needs, included but not limited to: CBT and Behavioral techniques, Solution-Focused interventions, Communication Skills, and Anger/Stress Management strategies.
