I am grateful for the opportunity to be trusted by clients to help them in their growth journey of overcoming difficulties in their lives and flourish. My background as a Licensed Professional Counselor, educational training, and life experiences make me focused on helping people overcome problems and move beyond being stuck to what I call living a More Than OK Life. I believe we are purposed on this Earth to live lives that thrive, not just survive. When experiencing problems such as depression, anxiety, or other issues, it is easy to feel as if you are not even surviving. That is where counseling can help you move to thriving. My goal is to come alongside you and provide you with tools to reach your personal goals and overcome challenges.
