All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. Frank has been a dedicated helping professional for over three decades, beginning his career in West Africa and continuing in the United States. He has worked with special populations in group homes across different states and served as a clinical coordinator for children in foster care, where he provided cognitive behavioral therapy twice weekly. Frank has also worked with incarcerated populations for over 14 years. Throughout his career, he has supported clients facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, interpersonal issues, trauma, relationship challenges, communication difficulties among couples, low self-esteem, life transitions, and Christian-based therapy. Frank holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University and a Master’s in Psychology from the University of Port Harcourt.
